Sping is almost here

spring is almost here and everything is new and blossoming, here some things that i like to do in the spring time , swimming , watching sunsets and going for walks.

Chocky Rocks !

      hello ,
       i would like to show you a nice chocolaty treat to make  . yummy:)

      Ingredients

•  250 g butter
•  1 cup caster sugar 
•  2 egg 
•  250 g milk chocolate chips
•  2 cup self-raising flour
•  1/2 tsp vanilla essence 
•  4 cup cornflakes 

       STEP 1]  Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

       STEP 2]  Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

       STEP 3] Add vanilla and blend. Fold through sifted flour, choc chips and 2 cups cornflakes.

       STEP 4] Form into balls and roll in remaining cornflakes. Flatten slightly.

       STEP 5]Place on a baking tray and bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

      STEP 6] enjoy :)

Gardening Time

The past few days i have been working on a tiny  garden at the front of my house in the court yard .Even if its winter i have a beautiful and colorful  little garden  to look ford to in spring.

before it was an over grown mess now it is a nice petite garden for me to look at every morning.

this is me and my dog muttley in the garden.

back to school

the first day back to school is really scary i now the feeling i go throw it every year. here are some pictures of me and my sister.
